I'm a seasoned manager with over 25 years of experience in software development. My journey began as a software developer, but in the early 2000s, I discovered eXtreme Programming, which profoundly influenced my career. Immersing myself in technical practices, I transitioned into a role as a technical coach. My passion for enhancing team dynamics and organizational efficiency led me to become an Agile coach, consultant, and trainer.

Since 2016, I have embraced managerial roles, advocating innovative and contemporary management practices.

In an environment where uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity are the only constants, I realized that the manager’s role must be multidisciplinary and encompass business and people management, organizational and process design, and technology domains. I've learned that leading with empathy and clarity is the key to dealing with the unexpected and supporting a company in growth and innovation.

As a Director of Engineer, I managed seven-figure departments with up to 50 people, reporting to the CEO, CFO, or leadership team.
